| Terms And Conditions of the Contest |

| 1. The contest will run over a span of 8 days starting from 16th October 2013 to 23rd October 2014. The contest will close on at 23rd October 2014 5.00 PM. |
| 2. The contestant can give the answers multiple times till the contest is open. Last entry will be treated as final. |
| 3. Winner will be chosen out of the entries where the participant has given the nearest value or the exact closing value of the Nifty on 23rd October 2014 (Muhurat Trading Day). Winners will be declared after the end of the contest. |
| 4. Prize: The Prize would be 1 Gold Coin and 2 Silver Coins. |
| 5. In case of a tie, the decision of the jurists will be final. The jurists will be senior employees of PhillipCapital India. |
| 6. PhillipCapital India will get in touch with the winners through phone and the email id submitted during registration. |
| 7. This contest is not open to employees and relatives of PhillipCapital India |
| 8. The participants will have to necessarily register themselves on PhillipCapital India website. Participants may or may not be registered clients of PhillipCapital India. |
| 9. The opening and closing dates mentioned herein are tentative and PhillipCapital India shall at its discretion choose to close the contest pre term without prior notice. |
| 10. None of the participants shall dispute the final result as may be provided by PhillipCapital India at the end of the contest. This shall be at the sole discretion of PhillipCapital India. |
| 11. PhillipCapital India may utilize any information received during the contest as per its own discretion. |
